EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Toay Foster-Ortiz is President of Toay Productions, Inc. which holds the trademark of several local pageants which lead to the Miss California USA® & Miss California Teen USA® State Pageants. These title include Miss & Teen Bel Air, Miss & Teen Calabasas, Mrs. Miss & Teen Greater Ventura County, Mrs., Miss & Teen Hollywood, Mrs. Miss & Teen Los Angeles County, Miss & Teen Santa Barbara County and Miss & Teen Central Coast California.

She is also a licensed agent and owner of T&R Model and Talent Agency which is officially licensed through the state of California. She has been a pageant director for over 15 years. She produced several fashion shows and celebrity charitable events for. She is extremely proud of having her titleholders that have been in the top 20, top 10 and top 5. She has had two state titleholders Stacey Beltran, Miss California USA® and Taylor Atkins Miss California Teen USA® and above all she has had numerous titleholders that have graduated from USC, UCLA, Brown University, Princeton, NYU, U of A, ASU, Stanford and many others.

Toay was Miss California USA® 1994, she has held other titles such as Miss Burbank & Miss Los Angeles (in the America system) Miss Toyota Grand Prix, Miss Greater Ventura County Teen, Miss Oxnard Teen, Miss Twin Cities etc. – and more. Toay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California Lutheran University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University.She has traveled across our state promoting the importance of giving back to the community and encouraging young women to respect themselves to achieve their career and life aspirations.

She feels extremely blessed to have a wonderful supportive husband, children and a host of family and friends. She is very involved with the community by establishing a non-profit organization called Beauties & Athletes Against Bullying and educational projects. She enthusiastically supports the Character Counts program, a school-based character building program for young people.
